This business has been operating full time for the last 21 years. With more than 35 years involvement in the guiding business, Greg is offering a wealth of experience.

Broadsound Safaris cater for Rifle and Muzzle Loader hunters and they specialize in all forms of Bow hunting.

Note: We have a permit from the DPI to keep Hog Deer, Black Buck and Sambar on our ranch

On my recent trip to Australia, I found a virtual paradise for Rusa deer. It is an area on the coast of Central Queensland, owned and operated by Greg Coyne of Broadsound Safaris. Greg is a dedicated hunter consistently exploring the thousands of acres he owns in an effort to provide superior guiding services. Greg has numerous South Pacific species on his property, which lies on a flood plain off the Coral Sea. It's a mixture of grassland, bordered by mangrove swamps on the ocean side, giving way to a sparse, mixed eucalyptus forest on the other. This is an ideal habitat for game, and it provides some excellent stalking opportunities for rifle and bow hunters in any conditions.
